2. Contract Drafting for free
The best way to protect yourself is to have a written contract. This contract should outline your duties, your pay rate and requirements. We can help you draft a personalized contract. If you want help with this contract please contact Lydia Edwards 617 783 8001 ext. 107 email@example.com.
3. Mediation Services for free
The Clinic now offers mediation services for workers and their families to help resolve workplace disputes. This program has specially trained mediators who are domestics workers and employers. They know best about the working relationship and can help you resolve work place issues that involve contracts, the law and personal concerns. Mediation is cheaper than a legal process, is faster than a law suit and can help maintain a good working relationship. It is especially ideal if you live in the home you are working in.
If you want help with this contract please contact Lydia Edwards 617 783 8001 ext. 107 firstname.lastname@example.org.
